Amen Church Seating Return & Refund Policy

At Amen Church Seating, we take pride in delivering high-quality seating solutions tailored to your needs. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Company-Approved Returns & Restocking Fees

Any return or refund request will be at the sole discretion of Amen Church Seating. If a return is approved by the company, the following conditions apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including transportation fees, handling, and insurance.
  • Returned chairs must be in perfect, unused condition and shipped in the original packaging.
  • Any chairs returned damaged, altered, or improperly packaged will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund Consideration

To request a return or refund consideration, customers must:

  1. Submit a written request via email to our customer service team at claim@amenchurchseating.com
  2. Include the order number, reason for the request, and photos of the chairs in their current condition.
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review and respond to your request.

Approval or denial of any return/refund is solely at the discretion of Amen Church Seating.

Damage During Shipping

  • All orders are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Any damage that occurs during transit is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  • While Amen Church Seating is not responsible for transit damage, we are happy to assist with documentation and proof of shipment condition to help with the claim process.
