At Amen Church Seating, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping process. To ensure clarity and prevent any misunderstandings, we have outlined our shipping and pick-up policies below.
1. PICK-UP POLICY
Customers who choose to pick up their orders must follow these guidelines:
- Scheduling Required: Customers must schedule their pick-up appointment with our Shipping Department and arrive at the appointed time.
- Late Arrivals: If the customer arrives late, their pick-up may be canceled, and a dispatch fee may apply for rescheduling.

Customer Responsibility: Customers must bring the following:
- An appropriately sized truck to accommodate their order.
- Straps, padding, and protective materials to secure the chairs during transport.
- Sufficient personnel to load and secure the chairs safely. Amen Church Seating does not provide loading assistance.

Inspection & Count:
- The customer must inspect and count all chairs before leaving the facility.
- Once the chairs have been dispatched, Amen Church Seating is no longer responsible for missing or damaged chairs.
- No claims for missing or damaged chairs can be made after pick-up.
- Transit Liability: Amen Church Seating is not responsible for any damage that occurs once the chairs leave our facility. The customer assumes full responsibility for securing and transporting their order.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
A. Shipping Arrangements
- Once a shipping quote is provided and approved by the customer, Amen Church Seating will arrange shipping on the customer’s behalf.
- All chairs will be properly packed, inspected, and shipped via a third-party freight company.

Shipping Transit & Liability:
- The customer acknowledges that Amen Church Seating is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses that occur during transit.
- Any damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the customer.
- While we are not liable for shipping damages, we are happy to assist with documentation to support the claim process.
B. Delivery Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Receiving the chairs at the delivery location.
- Inspecting the shipment immediately upon arrival for any visible damage or missing items.
- Unpacking the chairs safely and handling them with care to avoid damage.
- Ensuring the chairs are arranged in accordance with local fire department regulations and safety codes.
C. Missed Delivery & Additional Charges
- If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer not being available, additional redelivery fees may apply.
- Customers must ensure that their delivery address can accommodate a freight truck, including unloading areas and dock access if necessary.
- Any fees related to missed deliveries, re-routing, or storage charges imposed by the freight company are the customer’s responsibility.
3. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery Timelines:
- Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided by the freight company and are not guaranteed by Amen Church Seating.
- Delays due to weather, labor strikes, traffic, or other circumstances are beyond our control.

Freight & Shipping Charges:
- Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs due to changes in delivery location, access restrictions, or delays.

Refused Shipments:
- If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason other than documented shipping damage, storage and return freight charges will apply.
- Any re-delivery or storage fees imposed by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. FINAL AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order with Amen Church Seating, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. Customers understand that:
✅ Amen Church Seating is not liable for damages, delays, or losses during transit.
✅ It is the customer’s responsibility to properly receive, inspect, and secure their order.
✅ Once the chairs are picked up or delivered, Amen Church Seating is no longer responsible for any missing or damaged items.
